Since 2010, we have designed and developed content for two ground-breaking iPad apps for a global pharmaceutical company. Far from being glorified sales aids, these apps seamlessly integrate a back-end content management system with a dynamic user interface that allows sales representatives to tailor consultations on the spot to suit their clients’ interests, log client requests for further action, and record consultations for later tracking and analysis.
And of course the apps feature all the bells and whistles: pop-up reference materials, animated graphs, video functionality, you name it. As far as pharmaceutical marketing goes, this technology is not for the birds.
