If ever there were a case for nominative determinism, Lucy is it. Goodwill by name, and goodwill by nature.
Lucy’s friendly, easygoing manner – along with her gentle Yorkshire accent – endears her to colleagues and clients alike. So it’s probably not surprising that she started her agency career in account service.
But Lucy has rather more strings to her bow. With a Master’s degree in molecular genetics, she is highly adept at scientific communication and was perhaps always destined for a shift to medical writing. After working in agencies in both the UK and Australia, Lucy joined Wellmark as a senior medical writer in 2025 – where we all benefit from her great work (and goodwill).
