Michael is someone who seems to have a knack for recognising opportunities. Whether it’s recovering that rare Dylan album to add to his collection, or positioning himself as a central player in the inexorable integration of the print and publishing industries, Michael has his finger on the pulse.
Michael’s three decades of industry experience have included a 14-year stint in Tokyo, during which he ran his own multidisciplinary design firm. Since returning to Australia, Michael has put his arsenal of skills and experience to good use in designing, managing and producing a broad range of digital media, and he now spearheads Wellmark’s capabilities in this area in his role as Digital Director.
Spending time with his family ranks high on his priority list, but studying his genealogy and stealing trips to the beach and snow follow closely behind. Michael is also a major fan of Formula 1, which suggests there may be a lover of the fast life beneath his relaxed demeanour.
