There is a scene in Monty Python’s ‘The Meaning of Life’ in which an army officer carefully shaves his face while the chaos of combat erupts all around him, becoming mildly distracted only when his shaving mirror is broken by gunfire. To the extent that our workplace ever resembles such a scene, Mark is that officer.
When he joined us in 2011, Mark quickly established himself as a quintessential ‘go-to man’. With the benefit of almost 30 years’ experience as an art director and designer in agency environments in Australia and overseas, he gets the job done – to an almost tediously consistent standard of excellence – no matter the situation. But given that he has two teenage children, it is perhaps no great surprise that Mark is able to keep his head when all about him are losing theirs.
