In the English version of The Office, when David Brent is in a review with one of his employees, he notes that: “Under ‘strengths’, you’ve just put ‘accounts’.”
As our Client Services Director, Kristin can justifiably include client accounts as one of her strengths, but it would be part of a long list – and first on that list would be ‘chatting’.
From the time Kristin set foot in our agency, it was pretty clear that she didn’t mind a natter. So it’s fair to say we weren’t exactly gobsmacked to hear that her school reports consistently noted: ‘Kristin likes to talk and tends to distract others’.
Kristin has channelled this early flair for communication into a highly successful career in management and account service. Having spent more than two decades at the Design Foundation prior to joining us, she has literally made an art form of it.
But that’s not all. Kristin also has a background in healthcare (she once worked as a nurse) and community health promotion, is super-organised, and is always looking for innovative approaches to problems. It’s the ideal mix for her role at Wellmark.
